A holiday-season reading challenge open to everyone of any age. Between November 23, 2026 and January 4, 2027, readers count the minutes they spend reading or listening to books, magazines or graphic novels — and reading aloud to someone else counts too. One minute equals one point. Log minutes in the library's ReadSquared online portal; anyone who logs at least 300 minutes earns a prize, with separate prize options for children, teens and adults and up to three prizes per participant. Prizes are collected at the library's third-floor service desk from November 30 through January 4. A good way to keep kids reading over winter break.
