Young entrepreneurs can run their own booth at a Kids Market beside the Ranch Park ice skating rink, held outdoors during the opening of Dripping Springs' Trail of Lights. Children create, prepare, price and sell their own kid-made products — handmade crafts, artwork, treats and other small items — and run the booth themselves, with adults helping only behind the scenes. Tables and chairs are provided; sellers bring their products, decorations and everything else they need. Shoppers can stop by from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. A great first business experience for school-age kids, and a fun stop for families visiting the lights.
