About this adventure
Wimberley Village Library's Craft LAB becomes a teaching kitchen once a month for a hands-on cooking class for tweens ages 8 to 12, led by Miss Beth. Kids work through a recipe themselves, practising measuring, mixing and simple kitchen skills, and get to taste what they make. Each session lasts 90 minutes after school. Spaces are limited and registration is required for each class; registration for each session opens at noon on the Monday one week before it (October 26 for the November 2 class, November 30 for the December 7 class), so set a reminder. It suits kids who like to help in the kitchen and want to build confidence cooking on their own.
