Joppa Library's family holiday afternoon mixes crafts, karaoke and festive green-screen photos. Families can sing their favorite holiday songs, strike a pose in front of a seasonal backdrop, and make crafts to take home. The program runs from 1:30 to 3 pm on a Saturday and is listed as a family event, so children of all ages can join with their grown-ups; drop in for part or all of the time. It is a good low-cost holiday outing in southern Harford County. The calendar does not mention registration or fees.
