About this adventure
During Thanksgiving week Odenton Library turns a meeting room into a Nightmare Before Christmas escape room: Oogie Boogie has captured Santa and trapped the players in Halloweentown, and teams have to solve a chain of puzzles to collect clues and break out in time to rescue Santa for Christmas. Each run lasts about 45 minutes, and the library schedules several runs a day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of the school break (afternoon and evening slots on Nov 23 and 24, morning and afternoon slots on Nov 25). It is aimed at third graders through adults, so it works for a family team with school-age kids, a group of tweens, or teens on their own. Places are booked by phone with the branch, starting November 9 at 10 am.
