Santa comes to the Carroll County Public Library's Taneytown branch for an evening of holiday family fun. The library shares a brief holiday story at 5 pm, then offers individual time with Santa, candy canes, crafts and music through the evening until 7:30 pm. The library notes that Santa loves to listen to kids and will dance with them too, and reminds families to bring a camera for photos. It is listed for everyone of all ages and held in the branch's large meeting room. No registration is indicated, so families can arrive whenever suits them during the two-and-a-half-hour window.
