Deale Library takes its storytime outdoors to Holiday Memories Farm in West River for a winter session. Children build early literacy skills through stories, songs, rhymes and interactive activities, and families get time to play and connect in a farm setting during the holiday season. The program is listed for preschoolers, kids, teens and adults, but the content is aimed mostly at young children with their grown-ups. It lasts about an hour on a Saturday morning. Note that it does not take place at the library building: meet at the farm at 4848 Muddy Creek Road. Dress for the weather. No registration is indicated in the library feed.
