Boston Family Days gives all Boston school-age students (Pre-K–12) and their families free admission to nine major museums on the first two Sundays of each month. At the ICA, eligible students can bring up to two family members and visit free 10 AM–5 PM on Nov 1, Nov 8, Dec 6 and Dec 13, 2026 (more dates continue). Students must be Boston residents enrolled in grades Pre-K–12 (Boston residents attending school outside Boston qualify; non-residents at Boston private or parochial schools do not). Reserve tickets online using the code BOSFAMDAYS and show the Boston Family Days pass at check-in; walk-up tickets may be available but capacity is not guaranteed. Boston Public School students are enrolled automatically and receive their pass through BPS; other Boston students get a pass from the City of Boston.
