Edaville's holiday festival in Carver turns the historic railroad park into a lit-up winter village on weekends from Thanksgiving Friday until December 27. Every ticket includes a train ride: general admission covers the first-come Holiday Express train, and the First-Class Pajama Express ticket adds a scheduled ride behind the steam engine. General admission also covers the light displays, a synthetic outdoor skating rink, pony rides, a petting zoo, horse-drawn carriage rides, live holiday entertainment, visits with Santa at the North Pole and other holiday characters, and the Christmas/artisan market. Food and ticketed special events cost extra and outside food is not allowed (baby formula and medical diets excepted). Edaville runs rain, shine or snow, on paved paths outdoors, so dress for a New England winter; strollers and wagons are welcome. Buying timed tickets online in advance is strongly recommended because popular dates sell out. Themed weekends listed for 2026 include Deck the Halls (Nov 27-29), Winter Warm Up (Dec 4-6) and Giving Tree (Dec 18-20).

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Dates, hours, prices and address from the Plan Your Visit FAQ (2026 season). Homepage lists a Holiday Artisan Marketplace themed weekend as 'Dec. 13th - 15th', which does not match the Fri-Sun pattern in 2026 (Dec 13 is a Sunday); not used. Friday Dec 25 removed (closed Christmas Day). Start/end time shown is the Friday window; Saturday and Sunday hours differ (see schedule).
