Storyteller Esther Gomez of the Spanish Fun Program presents a Day of the Dead cultural experience at the West End Branch. Families follow Tete, a monarch butterfly, on her journey home; children wear monarch wings while the audience builds an ofrenda with cempasuchil flowers, candles, family photographs and sugar skulls, then sings, dances and shares traditional pan de muerto. Registration recommended by calling or visiting the branch.
