ChristmasVille's opening-day morning for the festival's youngest fans moves indoors to the Freedom Temple gymnasium. Preschoolers make cards for local heroes, do other festive activities and join Sing-Alongs with Santa and Friends. Parents and teachers are asked to bring a bag and a Sharpie to label crafts. The morning is free; groups (such as preschool classes) must pre-register, while individual families can simply show up. There are no individual Santa visits at this event. 8 a.m. to noon on Thursday, December 3.
