About this adventure
An after-dark guided hike on the Greenway's trails focused on how the woods come alive at night. Participants learn about nocturnal wildlife, practice using their night vision and study constellations while walking through the forest. The program covers most requirements of the Girl Scout Cadette Night Owl Badge but is open to anyone curious about nature after sunset. It is for ages 7 and up, children must come with an adult, and closed-toe shoes plus a headlamp or flashlight are required. Girl Scout leaders can ask about a troop rate by email.
