The Naperville Park District sets Santa up in a workshop at the Paddleboat Quarry Rentals building on the Naperville Riverwalk for three weeks before Christmas, from Monday, November 30 through Sunday, December 20, 2026. Visits are by reservation only, and walk-ups are not accommodated: one family at a time goes inside for a short conversation with Santa, and families take their own photos or video, since no professional photos are offered. The line queues outdoors, so dress for the weather. Weeknight visits run 5–8 p.m. and weekend visits 12–8 p.m. Tuesday, December 1 is Pet Night and Wednesday, December 9 is Military and First Responders Night; the other evenings are for the general public. Families and individuals with special needs can register for any time slot and note accommodations when registering. Resident registration opened October 20 and nonresident registration October 22, so popular weekend slots may already be filling.
