About this adventure
Ohio County Tourism's 2026–2027 events list includes the 13th Annual Christmas Model Train Show at 223 Main Street in Rising Sun. It opens Friday, November 27, 2026, and runs through December 31. Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday through Sunday through December 17. Beginning December 18, the show is open every day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. until December 31. Admission is free, and the listing says donations are appreciated. The calendar repeats the same show under both the November and December headings. It does not name a separate museum or club as the operator, does not describe the layout size, and does not list an age rule. The street line does not include a ZIP; the same page prints Rising Sun, IN 47040 for the tourism office.
