About this adventure
Bright Lights is a free drive-through Christmas light display on the grounds of St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross parish in Bright, Indiana (Lawrenceburg mailing address), billed as the only free drive-through display in Dearborn County. Families drive their own vehicle past more than 20 themed displays, through a light tunnel and among thousands of lights set to holiday music, with a faith-centered theme of joy, hope and the meaning of Christmas. The season opens on Friday, November 27 with a 6 pm bluegrass concert by My Brother's Keeper in the church, St. Nick greets children at the church entry on Sunday, December 6, and members of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra play a Christmas concert on Sunday, December 27 at 5 pm. Admission and the parish events are free; free-will donations help pay for the lights.
