About this adventure
A food-science cooking club for homeschool families on select Thursday mornings at Cincinnati Museum Center. Each session cooks one dish while exploring the science behind it, such as why bread rises or cheese melts. Upcoming menus are Pad Thai (November 19), Homemade Italian Classics (December 3, vegetarian), Crispy Golden Latkes (December 17, vegetarian) and Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup (January 28). Sessions run 11:00 am to 12:30 pm with limited spots; a $20 cancellation fee applies up to 15 days before, with no refund after that.
