About this adventure
A hands-on cooking class at Cincinnati Museum Center where one adult and one child register together and work side by side, learning kitchen tools and techniques as they slice, sauté and sear through a full recipe. Each Saturday session has its own menu: Cheesy Focaccia and Tomato Soup (vegetarian) on November 14, Homemade Chicken Pot Pie on December 12, Burgers, Fries & Shakes on January 9 and an Enchilada Fiesta (vegetarian) on January 23. Classes run 11:00 am to 1:30 pm and are capped at a small group, so registration is in advance. The cancellation policy charges a $60 fee up to 15 days before the class and gives no refund after that.
