About this adventure

A quieter afternoon session of the holiday StoryWalk at Southern Elementary in Falmouth, set up for children who find crowds and noise hard. Families walk page by page through Dolly Parton's picture book Billy the Kid Comes Home for Christmas, and each child gets a free copy of the book. This session keeps noise and crowd levels down and offers gentle interactions with Santa, so children can meet him without a long, loud line. A food truck is on site. The regular StoryWalk runs that morning alongside the county's Winter Wonderland craft fair in the same school; this later session is the one meant for kids who need a calmer setting.
