About this adventure
Cleveland Metroparks Zoo's Halloween evenings close this weekend. Families walk decorated paths with more than a dozen trick-or-treat stations on Wayside Furniture Way, meet costumed characters, join the Monster Mash dance party and ride the Boomerang train for free. The first 1,000 guests each night get a trick-or-treat bag, and treat stations carry options for children with allergies. Costumes should be fun rather than scary, and full masks must come off while walking. It runs rain or shine. Some zoo buildings and trails (Primate, Cat & Aquatics, Wilderness Trek, Primate Forest) are outside the event route, and animals may be less visible after dark. Wagons and double strollers can be rented at the Welcome Plaza.
