About this adventure

Brecksville Nature Center, built in 1939 and listed as a historic site, is the starting point for some of the deepest ravines and oldest forest in Cleveland Metroparks. From here families can walk through a restored Ohio prairie with grasses taller than eight feet or explore glacial river valleys carved over 10,000 years ago. Indoors are animal exhibits, and naturalists run animal encounters and seasonal drop-by tables.
