About this adventure
A class from Happy Me Kids Yoga for children 7 and up with an adult at the Watershed Stewardship Center. It starts with a 45-minute yoga session with journaling, calming breathwork, strengthening and stretching poses and a restful relaxation, then moves outdoors for a craft, mindfulness activity or short hike. The aim is to give older kids tools for managing stress and building confidence. Registration is required for each person, and adults must take part with their children.
