About this adventure

Uptown Circleville's Holiday Hop Shop kicks off the Christmas season downtown. Local businesses light up their storefronts, the city's holiday lights glow along Main Street, and shops offer giveaways and prizes. The highlight for families is free 12-passenger horse-drawn carriage rides through downtown, and Saturday also brings farmers market vendors to the sidewalks. A relaxed small-town evening or morning to take in the lights and ride a carriage together.
