About this adventure
For one hour on a Sunday afternoon, a City of Westerville leaf-vacuum truck parks outside Westerville Public Library so children can see the big machine that clears autumn leaves from city streets. Kids can explore the truck, learn what its different parts do and ask the crew questions about how leaf collection works. It is a free, drop-in outdoor visit that suits toddlers through early elementary children who love trucks and machines. Bring jackets; the event is held outside and will be cancelled in inclement weather.
