About this adventure
Whitehall's Winter Wonderland is the city's free holiday evening at City Hall on South Yearling Road. The city lists hot chocolate and fresh popcorn, winter crafts for children, a visit from Santa, the lighting of the city tree and sleigh rides among the activities, and pitches it as something for everyone. It runs for two hours on a Friday evening in early December, so it fits well after school and dinner for families with toddlers through elementary-age kids. Much of it is outdoors around City Hall, so bring warm layers, and expect lines for Santa and the sleigh rides at the start. Admission is free according to the city calendar.
