Dig World, the construction-themed adventure park that recently opened next to Grapevine Mills, dresses up for the holidays from the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve. Children and adults operate real heavy machinery — the park's regular attractions include skid steers, excavators, mini tractors and a boom lift — surrounded by holiday lights, festive music and park-wide decorations. Seasonal extras include custom ornament crafting at Stripe's Ornament Workshop, hot chocolate topped with Dig World 'dirt', and, from December 18 to 24 only, photos with a 'construction Santa' in hard hat and vest. The park says guests of all ages can take the controls, and it has a sandbox area for younger siblings. Passes are sold online by single day; the Grapevine CVB lists promo code CCOT10 for 10% off single-day Crew Starter and Crew Premium passes through January 3, 2027. Check the park's safety guidelines and hours before visiting.
