Uplift Education runs a hands-on STEM booth in Klyde Warren Park's Reading Room once a month. In this window it comes on Saturday, October 17 (1–3 p.m.), Saturday, November 21 (1–3 p.m.) and Friday evening, December 18 (6–8 p.m.). Children can make dot art while exploring patterns and design, and try STEM puzzles and brain teasers that test logic and problem-solving. The park describes it as open to learners of all ages. It's a drop-by booth rather than a class, so families can stop for a few minutes or stay longer. It works well for school-age children who like puzzles, and younger siblings can do the dot art. No registration or fee is mentioned in the listing. Check the park calendar on the day in case of weather changes.
