Prosper Community Library holds a Special Needs Halloween on Monday, October 26, 2026, from 6 to 7 p.m. at 200 S. Main St. Children trick-or-treat around the library, where non-food items are handed out on both floors, in an event planned specifically for families with special-needs children. Wheelchairs are welcome, with the elevator providing access between floors, and costumes are not mandatory. The one-hour, indoor format gives children who find crowded street trick-or-treating hard a calmer way to take part. Questions can go to the library at (972) 569-1185.
