About this adventure

Stanley Marketplace in Aurora hosts a different Santa on several weekends between Thanksgiving and Christmas, each with free visits and a free holiday photo and no appointment needed. The season opens with Old Saint Nick in the Common Area on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, followed by a Vietnamese Santa the next day, Mx. Santa (a drag Santa) in early December and Black Santa the Saturday before Christmas. Visits take place in the marketplace's Common Area, and because there is no booking, families simply stop by during the visit window. Stanley's event pages describe the visits as a festive, family-friendly holiday experience and point out that there is no need to bring your own camera setup, since the holiday photo is included. The marketplace also lists Yuletide Carolers on the opening Saturday. Separate listings cover the sensory-friendly Santa on November 28 and the ASL Santa on December 13.
