Craftapalooza fills Program Room AB at the Westland library with a variety of craft projects during winter break, on Sunday, December 27, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Families can drop in for one craft or stay for the whole two hours and make several. Projects are geared toward kids in kindergarten and up, but younger siblings are welcome. It is designed for children with their accompanying adults; grown-ups should plan to stay and craft with their kids, as drop-offs are not permitted. It is free. Registration opens December 13 at noon; the library says registration is not required but helps staff plan supplies.
