Elementary-age kids celebrate their own superpowers and design a superhero of their own at this hour-long creative program at Grosse Pointe Public Library's Central Library on Kercheval. Children invent a hero, think about what makes them strong, and bring their character to life with art supplies provided by the library. The session runs Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Central Front Program Room. It is free, but registration is required, and it closes at the start time. A good after-school pick for kids who love comics, capes and drawing.
