An after-hours guided hike at Lake St. Clair Metropark for families with children 10 and older. Naturalists call and listen for Great Horned and Eastern Screech owls along flat dirt-and-gravel trails, with stretches of quiet listening, then everyone warms up by the fire back at the nature center to share what they heard. The walk is leisurely with frequent stops; the whole program runs about 90 minutes. Two dates in November; register for one.
