A traditional owl prowl through the marsh-edge trails of Lake Erie Metropark in Brownstown. Naturalists explain how common owls are in southeast Michigan, then lead an entirely outdoor two-hour walk on flat dirt and gravel paths, stopping often to play calls that may draw owls in. The walk ends at the Lake Erie Marshlands Museum. For ages 8 and up; dress for a cold evening by the lake. Three Friday dates in November.
