Teens in grades 6 to 12 learn to make pasta from scratch at this hands-on cooking night at Troy Public Library. Working together, participants mix and roll their own pasta dough and whip up a quick marinara sauce to go with it, then get to taste the results. No prior cooking experience is required, so it is a good first kitchen class for middle schoolers as well as a fun night out for older teens. The class runs Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the library's Meeting Room. It is free, and registration is required.
