In this STEMgineers workshop at the William P. Faust Public Library of Westland, staff from iCode Canton help students in grades 3 to 6 design and build custom Minecraft assets while exploring principles of digital art, architecture and engineering. Kids work hands-on with the game they already love, but with a design brief: plan a structure or object, think about how it is built, then create it. The session runs one hour, 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2026, in Program Room AB. It is free, but registration is required and opens November 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.; STEMgineers sessions tend to fill.
