- Harris County Public Library with Harris County Constable's office
Jacinto City Branch Library teams up with Constable Garcia's office to offer free family photos with Santa Claus on Wednesday, December 16, 2026, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Every family photographed goes home with both a free printed copy and a digital copy of their picture. It is first come, first served within the one-hour slot, and the library warns it may not reach every family, so arriving early is wise. A no-cost alternative to mall Santa photos for families in east Houston.
