About this adventure

Thanksgiving week at the Sugar Land children's museum brings a different theme each open day. Wednesday, Nov. 25 is Turkey Jam, with a turkey DJ, games and line dancing (10 AM–1 PM), DIY paper-bag turkey costumes and turkey-leg hats. On Black Friday, Nov. 27 ('Changing of the Seasons') kids make snow-globe-style ornaments, meet Santa and an elf helper from 10 AM to 1 PM, and hear How the Grinch Stole Christmas read by Cindy Lou Who at 11 AM and 1 PM. Saturday, Nov. 28 ('Meow-tastic Adventures') adds a Hello Kitty–inspired meet and greet, Pete the Cat storytimes, kitty-ear crowns and a cat-stuffy workshop (12 at a time, ages 3+). The museum is closed on Thanksgiving Day; activities are included with admission.
