About this adventure

One evening of Sugar Land Holiday Lights is set aside for guests who find crowds, loud music and flashing displays hard to manage. On Sensory Friendly Night the event lowers the music volume and keeps the light displays static instead of animated, so children with autism, sensory processing differences or anxiety can walk the themed light areas, see the 40-foot light-up tree and visit the s'mores and photo spots at a calmer pace. It is a regular ticketed night at Constellation Field, so families can still add extras such as the synthetic ice rink or carnival, and Santa is on site nightly through December 23 (photos cost extra). Expect an outdoor walk of an hour or more; bring layers and noise-reducing headphones if your child uses them.
