About this adventure
A New Year's Eve party timed for young children: The Children's Museum celebrates the last day of 2026 in the Sunburst Atrium with activities, live music from children's performer Zak Morgan, and two countdowns, at noon and at 1 p.m., so families get the excitement of a midnight-style countdown at a reasonable hour. Free festive favors are handed out for the big moment while supplies last. The celebration runs 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., is included with museum admission (free for members), and suits all ages; expect bright lights, loud noise and a crowd.
