About this adventure

Santa sets up in the museum's WinterFaire village, where the story goes that he collects water from the frozen fountain to power his sleigh and gathers gifts from Artisan Square. Children can share their wish lists and pose for photos; families may take one photo of their own or buy a professional package (photo packages $30 to $70, credit card only). Visiting Santa costs nothing beyond museum admission. Santa is not there every day: the museum publishes a day-by-day schedule, with longer hours on weekends and the week before Christmas, short midday windows on some weekdays, a Museum My Way session on Dec. 8 and a free-admission Christmas Eve morning that needs advance tickets. The line closes for short breaks during the day, so arriving early helps on busy weekends.
