About this adventure

Fishers Parks runs a free drop-in open gym at Fishers Junior High School on Sundays from November 1 through March 28, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The gym is an indoor place to play basketball, pickleball, volleyball, and similar games in cold weather. Guests may bring small equipment such as basketballs and volleyballs. Everyone parks in the north lot near the buses and enters at Door 12. Anyone in 8th grade or younger must be with a parent or guardian; drop-off is not allowed for that group. Every guest signs a safety waiver. Under 18 needs a parent or guardian signature. Scooters, bikes, and skateboards are not allowed in the building or for use on school property. Closed-toe shoes are required. The city asks people to take off jewelry and says it is not responsible for lost items. There is no open gym on December 20 or December 27 because of Hamilton Southeastern Schools’ winter break.
