About this adventure
A nostalgic breakfast in the Indiana State Museum's re-created L.S. Ayres Tea Room, the department-store dining room many Hoosier families remember. The buffet comes with live holiday music and decorations, a toy chest of gifts for the children and a visit from Santa, who brings his wagon of gifts and talks about the magic of the season. Afterward families can visit Santa's house, explore Santa's Front Yard and the Reindeer Barn and ride the Snowfall Express. Seatings last 45 minutes and start every half hour from 8 a.m. Tickets are separate from museum admission and include $4 parking validation; children under 3 are free but must be registered, and registration closes 24 hours before. All Nov. 28 seatings were sold out as of Oct. 24; Dec. 12 and Dec. 20 seatings were still listed.
