Lanark Recreation Center in Canoga Park mixes Halloween and Día de los Muertos on Friday, October 30. Alongside games, crafts, music, face painting and a costume contest, the center sets up an ofrenda display and runs an ofrenda workshop where families can learn about and contribute to the altar. It runs 5 to 9 pm, free, for all ages.
