Halloween edition of OC Parks' Wild Tales preschool nature program at Upper Newport Bay, focusing on the creepy crawly and spooky critters of the bay. Includes story time, an age-appropriate hike and a themed craft; costumes encouraged. Starts at the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center. Tailored for ages 2-5, all welcome; minors must be with an adult. Hike is on a non-stroller-friendly trail. Advance registration is required and opens Oct 23 at 6:00 am; program and parking are free.
