Messy Scientists is the Children's Science Explorium's monthly sensory-science class for children ages 3–5 with a parent or guardian. Through mud kitchens, water play, textures and open-ended experiments, little ones squish, splash and explore while building early learning and fine motor skills. Each month has a theme: Water Investigations (October 17), Ooey Gooey Kitchen (November 21), Texture Detectives (December 19) and Stone Soup (January 16, 2027). Sessions run 9:30–10:15 am. Cost is $10 for residents and $12.50 for non-residents. Pre-registration is required, a parent/guardian must attend, and unregistered siblings are not allowed — dress for mess.
