About this adventure
A night hike into the forest to listen for the calls of local owls, since sound is the best way to identify them, and perhaps spot one. After the hike families come inside to meet the center's owl ambassadors with staff from the Raptor Department. Part of the Birding Academy; takes place indoors and outdoors. Each session has a rain date the following evening (October 27 and November 24).
