About this adventure
A free drop-in outdoor day at the Menomonee Valley branch for families and friend groups. Participants learn the basics of using a compass, take on a bearing challenge and then put their skills to work on an orienteering quest along the trails. No experience is needed and compasses are provided. The program wraps up with a sweet treat around the campfire. Dress for the weather and bring a snack if you like; children must be accompanied by an adult.
