About this adventure
Billed as the premier nighttime Christmas parade in southeastern Wisconsin, West Allis's parade rolls east along Greenfield Avenue after dark with marching bands, live performers, creative floats and vintage vehicles, elves and cartoon characters, and Santa Claus at the very end. The route starts at the 81st Street entrance to State Fair Park, runs east on Greenfield to 70th Street and turns south to Orchard Avenue. It follows the city's tree lighting at City Hall, so families can do both. The parade is funded entirely by donations.
