The CPKC Holiday Train, a lit-up freight train with a boxcar turned into a stage, makes a free stop at Saint Paul Union Depot's East Plaza. The depot's schedule for the day: the European Christmas Market runs 11 AM-9 PM, Santa visits in the Waiting Room from 4:30 to 7 PM with hot chocolate and cookies, the train arrives at 6:45 PM, an outdoor concert with Allen Stone runs 7-7:30 PM, and the train departs around 7:30-7:45 PM.
