About this adventure

The Hermitage was the home of President Andrew Jackson and covers more than 1,120 acres of historic grounds, gardens, exhibits and trails around the preserved mansion. General admission lets families explore at their own pace; a family pass covers two adults and two youth. Other options include a small-group mansion tour capped at 15 guests and a 60-minute, roughly one-mile guided walk about the lives of the men, women and children enslaved at the Hermitage. Suggested itineraries on the site help plan a short or full-day visit.
