About this adventure
Centennial Sportsplex has two indoor pools: a warm recreation pool (about 86 degrees, 3.5 to 5 feet deep) and a 50-meter competition pool (7 to 14 feet). Public swim shares lanes with Nashville Aquatic Club practices, so the number of open lanes changes through the day; check the aquatics Google Calendar before going. Children 12 and under need an adult on deck or in the water, and an adult must be in the water with children four and under and under four feet tall (two children per adult). Children three and under must wear swim diapers, outside flotation devices and mermaid tails are not allowed, and food stays in the lobby.
